Bratwurst made with Pork and Veal
Our traditional Bratwurst goes by many names: Weisswurst, Bratwurst, White Brats or Kalbswurst. This Swiss Family recipe dates back generations. It has a fine and delicate texture—almost buttery—containing a blend of pork, veal, spices and 2% milk (that makes it so white). It is traditionally served at Oktoberfest celebrations around the world.
NOTE: This product contains milk. This product is gluten free.
